Due to the nature of our products and services, The Outfit Curator does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases—this includes physical products (such as swatch fans and drapes), digital downloads, and service bookings.

If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@theoutfitcurator.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case individually and respond at our sole discretion.
