OVERVIEW
This website is operated by The Outfit Curator. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Outfit Curator and the terms "you" and "yours" refer to the client or person purchasing one of our products, services or courses.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing our website or making any purchases. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or purchase any of our products, services or courses.
ONLINE COLOR CONSULTING. - U.S.
1. You will receive the instructions for the color analysis in 1 business day after your purchase.The fabrics will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout before your color analysis appointment.
2. The photos required for the color analysis need to be sent to The Outfit Curator at least 24h before the appointment. If you are unable to do so, you should notify The Outfit Curator and reschedule your appointment.
3. We just accept 1 appointment reschedule per client. No appointments will be rescheduled more than once, in case you can't attend the second appointment, the color analysis result will be sent to the email provided and the color analysis will be completed. You will still need to send the fabric set back to The Outfit Curator studio with the provided shipping label.
4. After the appointment, you have 7 days (1 week), to ship the fabric set back to The Outfit Curator studio with the provided shipping label. If you fail to do it on time or don't send it back at all, a fee of $150 will be charged on the credit card on file.
5. Bad quality photos won't be analyzed and you will be requested to take them again. The photos should be sent to (305)733-5494 or to info@theoutfitcurator.com
6. If you're not satisfied with the color analysis service, you have 24 hours after your appointment, to notify The Outfit Curator with a written complaint. The Outfit Curator team will schedule another appointment for you, free of charge, to answer any questions or complaints and if necessary, do the color analysis again.
7. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you confirm that you are aware that The Outfit Curator won't accept any refunds, chargebacks or cancellations.

1. In person appointments can't be canceled. In case you can't make to your appointment, you can reschedule it or change to an online color analysis, free of charge.
2. In person appointments can be rescheduled 1 time. In case you can't attend your appointment, you should notify The Outfit Curator at least 24 hours before.
3. If the location is not specified on the description of the service, you will be notified about it 1 week before your appointment.
